Return Policy & Guidelines

Please contact us first via email at support@vynaofficial.com

 to let us know whether you would like to return your entire order or part of it.
⚠️ The return address is not the same as the address on the shipping label.

If the return request is made within the allowed time frame, we will send you further instructions.

Please secure the item and pack it carefully in its original packaging.

Ship the parcel to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For international parcels, the average cost is approximately €19, depending on the carrier.

Please send us the tracking number (Track & Trace) once the return has been shipped.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund within 7 days, using the same payment method as the original order.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Attach a clear video showing the issue and include the shipping label.
Based on the video evidence, we will assess whether the product qualifies for a replacement under warranty.
If approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

After 14 days, the standard return policy applies.


Can I return a product without contacting you first?

❌ No.
Email contact is required before sending back any item, so we can properly register your return and track the parcel for correct processing.


My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived (e.g., lost by DPD/InPost or due to an address error), we will help you resolve the issue.
If after 21 days your parcel still hasn’t arrived, please contact us within the next 7 days — we will reship your order free of charge.
Failure to contact us within this time frame means that the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.


What items cannot be returned or refunded?

  • Returns sent without tracking or insurance

  • Returns damaged due to improper packaging

  • Returns sent to the wrong address

  • Returns made after the allowed time frame

  • Return shipping costs (sending items back)
