What is the delivery time for my order?

If you’ve placed an order with VYNA, delivery times may differ slightly from what you’re used to.
Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save significantly on storage and logistics costs — allowing us to offer our products at very attractive prices.
The average delivery time is 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).


What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

Due to high demand for our products, your order might occasionally arrive a bit later than expected.
We kindly ask for your patience.
If this period has passed and you still haven’t received your package, please contact us at support@vynaofficial.com — we’ll check the shipment status for you.


I want to exchange or return my order — how can I do that?

To return your order, simply contact our customer service team via email at support@vynaofficial.com.
Include your full name, order number (e.g., #0000 from your confirmation email), and the reason for return.
We will then provide you with the return address and confirm whether the return is accepted.
After that, you can send the item back using any courier of your choice.


What are the return costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The price depends on the carrier you choose.

What are the return conditions?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
However, the following conditions apply:

You may return the item only if:

  • The return period has not expired;

  • The product is in its original packaging, with all tags attached;

  • The product has not been used.
